IAP JAIPUR

IAP Jaipur working under the banner of Indian Academy of Pediatrics, is committed to the improvement of the health and well being of all children. For this purpose, IAP Jaipur dedicates its efforts and resources. Formally IAP Jaipur Branch was formally registered after a decade or more of existance as 'Integrated Academy of Pediatrics Jaipur' under Rajasthan Society Act of 1958 bearing Registration number 540 dated 20th September 2016. At that time, Dr. Munish Kakkar was President,  Dr. Anurag Sharma Secretary and Dr. Anurag Tomer was Treasurer. 

IAP Jaipur shall strive for the achievement of the optimum growth, development, and health in the physical, emotional, mental, social and spiritual realms of all children irrespective of diversities of their backgrounds.

IAP Jaipur – Objectives

Core Objectives

To serve as advocates for newborns, children, and adolescents.

To encourage and advance knowledge in Pediatrics.

To promote scientific collaboration among pediatric professionals.

To establish and maintain a library, reading room, and research center.

To provide facilities and support to students, scholars, and institutions.

To found, maintain, and confer fellowships, awards, and certificates.

To print and publish journals, books, periodicals, and other pediatric publications.

To train personnel required to carry out the objectives of the organization.

Additional Objectives

To organize conferences, CMEs, and exhibitions for promotion of these objectives.

To advocate for child health and contribute to the framing of laws and policies related to pediatrics and child health.
